Alexander Tetelbaum - inventor, scientist, academician and teacher originally from the Ukraine knows the answer to this question.
He has been a pioneer in the field of Electronics Design Automation (EDA) since the 1960s and has held high positions in academia and industry. He is a Fellow and Honorary Doctor of several universities, academies and societies and an expert in artificial intelligence, software development, investment, IT and mathematics.
Alexander was born in Kyiv, where he later taught at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He went on to continue his teaching career at the University of Michigan.
He possesses a Doctor of Engineering Science (Grand PhD) degree in Computer Science and Engineering as well as PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
