GFE Team: Denys Ponomarenko

Meet Denys Ponomarenko, our talented design engineer who began his academic journey at Sumy State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree, before advancing to secure a Master’s degree from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Before joining GFE, Denys made significant strides by developing testing stands for pumps up to 16MW in Sumy and later, at ProgressTech in Kyiv, contributed to the design of the Boeing 777X’s salons, paving the way for its imminent commercial debut. His commitment to excellence also led him on a half-year business expedition to the USA.

Outside of his professional achievements, Denys immerses himself in a variety of interests and hobbies. He is an avid reader, with a keen interest in both fiction and psychological literature, and enjoys capturing life’s moments through mobile photography. His passion for indoor gardening, mountain excursions, and snowboarding showcases his love for nature and adventure. While he has temporarily stepped away from Thai boxing due to health considerations, Denys is poised to re-enter the sports arena, this time embracing the discipline of boxing.
