CNC Programmers write instructions for machines where the computer is connected by electric drives and sensors to the mill, to create a complete system. The computer controls the movement of the machine axis. CNC Programmers are responsible for interpreting design drawings, developing programs and setting up machines to produce the component specified in the program. They have to perform test runs and make adjustments until the resulting product conforms to design specifications.
