Dienes Apparatebau GmbH

A joint project with Dienes Apparatebau began to be implemented in September 2019. Today, Dienes Apparatebau GmbH is a company that occupies a leading position in the development of experimental and laboratory lines for special fibers according to the Multimode system.They are also engaged in the development and modernization of existing technologies for the production of yarns and synthetic fibers.

The demand to attract a team of professionals GFE-Solutions was due to an urgent increase in the required level of productivity of engineering personnel. The cooperation began with a discussion of the details of the project under the guidance of customer management, which lasted several days, because the project involved many nuances and details.

Subsequently, a significant part of the project was implemented by GFE-Solutions employees with a high level of independence and a constant exchange of information with the customer’s technical staff. GFE-Solutions engineers joined the process and became part of a single team that works on an ambitious project.This is possible because the level of competence of our team, punctuality in observing deadlines, well-coordinated work in emergency situations, the profitable price of services in the European market, work in the customer’s system, as well as the ability to perform non-standard tasks and quickly respond to changes in customer requirements distinguish us from other competing companies, including German ones. Giving an objective estimation of the cooperation results with Dienes Apparatebau GmbH we can confidently say that the GFE Solutions team successfully copes with their tasks. Today our team consists of Lead engineer, design engineer and automation engineer. They are creating the new facility. They work closely with the technical department and the project manager from the customer’s side and use different methods of quick exchange of information and software for working remotely.

Our team not only performs system tasks in a convenient format for the customer, but also designs full-fledged 3D models and drawings in compliance with the entire structure, norms and requirements. This is possible by using of many different programs, including Solid Edge 2019, PDM Studio and others.Communication in the language of the customer′s market and a high level of professionalism also allow to establish additional connections required for the implementation of the project.
We had not only considered the customer’s programs and upgraded them, but had also selected special equipment. We also found some suppliers for the project on our own.
