Meet Vincenzo Capuano, Regional Sales Executive at GFE Solutions, working with clients across the Italian market.

Vincenzo started his career in architecture and later moved into procurement, which gave him a practical understanding of how projects are discussed, approved, and delivered on the client’s side. This experience still shapes the way he works today, as he tends to focus on clear communication and realistic expectations rather than abstract proposals.

Before joining GFE Solutions, he was part of Kloepfel Group, where he worked on both sales and consulting projects in an international environment. This helped him get used to different ways of working across European markets and understand how to adapt communication without overcomplicating things.

At GFE Solutions, Vincenzo is responsible for building relationships with clients in Italy and developing cooperation step by step. He prefers a direct and honest approach, where conversations are straightforward and focused on what can actually be done, rather than what just sounds good on paper.

He has been living in Warsaw for the past few years, after deciding to move during a period when many people would have chosen to stay where they were. Since then, he has built his life there while continuing to stay closely connected to Italy, both personally and professionally.

In his free time, Vincenzo enjoys cooking and spends quite a bit of time in the kitchen, especially when it comes to Italian food. He follows football, Formula 1, and tennis, and whenever he has the chance, he goes back to the sea, which he genuinely misses when he is away for too long.
