His path into the profession started in Tokmak, where he trained as a Technician-Mechanic in engine production, then continued at Zaporozhye National Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. By the time he stepped into a professional production environment, he already understood the difference between what looks correct on a drawing and what actually works when the machine is running.

As CNC Team Lead, Dmytro is responsible for the kind of work that holds everything else together — machined components that have to be right every single time, because the industries depending on them cannot afford otherwise. What makes him effective in this role is not just technical knowledge, but the fact that he has faced the same challenges his team faces daily. That kind of credibility is difficult to manufacture and impossible to fake.

Outside of work, Dmytro is drawn to activities that demand the same things from him that his job does. He practices rope jumping, takes on mountaineering routes, and finds a different kind of satisfaction in the slower, more calculated game of billiards — with table tennis keeping his reflexes sharp in between.
