Meet Tomasz Pruss, a versatile member of our GFE team with a rich background in Technical Physics from Poznan University of Technology. From a young age, Tomasz was fascinated by how things work, often dismantling and reassembling everything from toys to typewriters. His early days were spent assisting his father with various repairs, nurturing a lifelong passion for technical challenges.

After university, Tomasz explored several career paths—bartending, car sales, and lifeguarding—but none provided the fulfillment he sought. His true calling lay in creating and constructing, which he found in the world of 3D CAD software. Embracing this passion, Tomasz started freelancing, designing everything from furniture to custom electronic gadgets, making a name for himself in the design world.

His journey took him to the United Kingdom, where he worked for one of the largest providers of garden buildings. Starting as a CAD Technician, he quickly rose to become Drawing Office Manager, a role he excelled in for four years. During this time, Tomasz’s personal life flourished as well—he got engaged and married on the picturesque Greek island of Zakynthos, an experience he describes as magical.

Eventually, Tomasz returned to Poland and joined GFE, where he continues to apply his extensive design expertise. Outside of work, he enjoys a good cup of coffee, delves into sarcastic fantasy literature with a particular fondness for Terry Pratchett, and indulges his love for motorcycles and travel—preferably to warm, sunny destinations like Italy, whose cuisine, especially lasagne, he adores. Tomasz often jokes that he’s spiritually and mentally half-Italian, a testament to his deep appreciation for Italian culture and food.
