The advantages of long-term cooperation are that we have already fully understood the project, have tested the processes, have chosen the best way to communicate and understand the team at a glance. We no longer have to waste time on elaborating detailed technical tasks, we know where the work materials are and where to send the completed work.

We have already had coffee with all our colleagues, we know when it is someone’s birthday and the names of their pets. Some of our colleagues have even managed to lure them into our “cult” of cycling enthusiasts.
