Nowadays, business is a volatile thing, with strategies needing to be changed more often than pouring window-washing liquid into the car. The pandemic has shown us how much can be changed overnight, regardless of the business sector.
Therefore it is important to be flexible in hiring and firing employees.
One of the options for working with GFE is project work. At the end of a project, our cooperation is either terminated permanently, or if you like working with us (we are sure of it), we start another joint project.
In any case, clients do not have to keep ‘extra’ staff out of work at intermediate stages, pay their salaries and taxes for them.
On long-term projects, we are also very flexible – we can pause or stop work. Of course, by common agreement and advance notice.
One of our big advantages is that we are quickly responsive to changes, we can re-format the current department, increase or decrease the number of employees, re-schedule workflow.
We are as fast as the modern world, but in contrast we are stable 😉
