What does it take to get a star named after you?

Alexander Tetelbaum – inventor, scientist, academician and teacher originally from the Ukraine knows the answer to this question.

He has been a pioneer in the field of Electronics Design Automation (EDA) since the 1960s and has held high positions in academia and industry. He is a Fellow and Honorary Doctor of several universities, academies and societies and an expert in artificial intelligence, software development, investment, IT and mathematics.

Alexander was born in Kyiv, where he later taught at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He went on to continue his teaching career at the University of Michigan.

He possesses a Doctor of Engineering Science (Grand PhD) degree in Computer Science and Engineering as well as PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

He holds more than 40 US patents and is the author and co-author of 250 publications, including 10 books.

One of his books “Solving Non-Standard Problems” will help you master your problem-solving skills. It includes over 200 non-standard problems (NSPs), puzzles and tests that can be solved using creative thinking instead of formulas.

It’s more than enough to have a star in the constellation of Leo named after him.
