While the most people work on a fixed work schedule from 8am to 5pm, we adapt our schedule to suit the client’s convenience.
We had one case where it was convenient for our client to have us work at irregular working hours. As we were remotely connecting to their server and the client had a high workload and all the work computers were busy, we were asked to work after 5pm. It was a bit unusual for us, but for GFE Solutions customer comfort comes first. We allocated a team of engineers who worked evenings and weekends. After all, we met all the deadlines and the client was satisfied. So satisfied, that he asked for a personalised team of engineers to support him on a regular basis.
Irrespective of whether it is a long-term project or a one-off, we always arrange our work schedule in such a way that it is most convenient for the client. Regardless of holidays, vacations or other situations, we always stay in touch with the client and are ready to get back to work.
