Meet Anita Sokołowska, Chief Operating Officer at GFE Solutions in Poland.

Anita is the person who makes sure that things inside the company don’t fall apart when projects start piling up. She is involved in how work is organized day to day, how teams communicate, and how projects move forward when there are too many moving parts at once.

Her background combines operations, management, and work with people. She holds a degree in English Philology and later continued her education in Psychology. This combination gives her a good understanding of how teams function and how to communicate with people under pressure. It also helps building the process to make them clear for people and work flow fluent.

Before joining GFE Solutions, Anita worked as a Manager for a few years. She was responsible for operational management and was involved in building and developing business structures from the ground up. In her experience she was focusing on internal processes, organization, and day-to-day coordination.

At GFE Solutions, Anita works closely with other Managers, helping to keep operations structured and making sure nothing important gets lost in the process. She is the kind of person who notices when something is off early on and prefers to deal with it right away instead of letting it grow into a bigger problem later.

What stands out in her approach is that she keeps communication simple, expects people to take responsibility, and focuses on getting things done in a way that actually works in real projects, not only in theory.

Outside of work, Anita enjoys reading and taking a break from routine whenever she can. She values time with close people, good food, and moments where she can slow down a bit and reset before getting back to a busy schedule.
