Krzysztof’s background is rooted in mechanical engineering, which gives him a clear understanding of the technical realities behind every project we deliver. This technical foundation allows him to speak the same language as engineers, production managers, and decision-makers — not just about offers, but about real industrial challenges.

Before joining GFE Solutions, Krzysztof worked for a Japanese corporation producing key components for the automotive and agro industries. The company closely cooperated with global brands such as Bosch and Febi Bilstein, operating at the highest international standards.

For nearly ten years, Krzysztof gained sales experience across multiple European markets, primarily in the Netherlands, where he lived and worked, as well as in Germany, United Kingdom, and Poland. This international exposure shaped his understanding of different business cultures, negotiation styles, and expectations — an essential skill when operating in the European engineering market.

At GFE Solutions, Krzysztof focuses on building strong, transparent relationships with clients. He values direct communication, mutual trust, and long-term cooperation. For him, sales is not about transactions — it is about understanding people, identifying real needs, and connecting the right engineering expertise with the right industrial challenge.

Outside of work, Krzysztof lives by the motto “lift heavy – ride hard.” He is passionate about strength training and has been a motorcycle enthusiast since childhood — a passion passed down from his father. Off-road riding is his greatest hobby, reflecting his love for challenge, control, and performance. He is also a history enthusiast, always curious about the past and the stories that shaped today’s world.
