Meet Samuele Giuliani, Team Leader at GFE Solutions and a mechanical designer with more than six years of experience in industrial engineering.

At GFE Solutions, Samuele leads project activities within his team, coordinates design tasks, and ensures that engineering work is organized, consistent, and aligned with client expectations. His role requires not only technical knowledge, but also the ability to guide colleagues, structure workflows, and maintain clarity across all stages of a project. He focuses on creating solutions that are technically sound and practical from a production point of view.

A significant part of his professional background includes working for an important industrial client in Italy — one of the key global players in the tissue-converting sector.  After a period dedicated to broadening his professional perspective, he continued collaborating on international projects while taking on leadership responsibilities within GFE.

This combination of experience — both on the client side and within an engineering services company — gives Samuele a balanced understanding of expectations, technical standards, and communication processes. Working across countries has strengthened his ability to coordinate international teams, adapt to different working environments, and maintain a structured approach even in demanding project conditions.

His decision to move to Poland, inspired by personal reasons, also expanded his international outlook and strengthened his connection with cross-border teams. Today, as a Team Leader at GFE Solutions, he plays a key role in ensuring that projects move forward in an organized and efficient way.

Outside of work, Samuele maintains an active lifestyle. He regularly trains at the gym, plays and follows football whenever possible, and studies foreign languages. Continuous improvement, both professionally and personally, defines his approach to work and everyday life.
