Meet Serhii Hudz, Team Lead at GFE Solutions and a mechanical engineer with solid experience in industrial equipment development and complex engineering systems.

Serhii graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and the National University of Food Technologies in Kyiv, where he specialized in mechanical engineering and technological equipment. His education provided him with a strong technical foundation and a structured approach to design and production processes.

Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of engineering projects, including robotic systems, specialized equipment for heavy industry, and electromechanical solutions. His responsibilities covered the full design cycle, from concept development and strength calculations to preparation of technical documentation and support during testing and implementation. This broad experience allows him to understand both the technical and practical sides of industrial projects.

At GFE Solutions, Serhii leads his team with a clear and organized approach, ensuring that engineering tasks are carried out consistently and in alignment with project goals. He supports colleagues in solving technical challenges and focuses on delivering solutions that are functional, well-thought-out, and ready for real production environments. His background in complex mechanical systems helps him maintain a balanced perspective between design intent and operational requirements.

Outside of work, Serhii enjoys travelling and discovering new places whenever he has the opportunity. He likes cycling, whether it is a short ride after work or a longer weekend route, and values the sense of freedom it gives. He also enjoys hiking in the mountains, where he can fully disconnect, recharge, and spend time in nature.
